For agents, landlords and sellers
Virtual Staging that fills an empty listing in about 60 seconds
Buyers scroll past empty rooms. Upload the listing photo you already shot and virtual home staging furnishes it — same walls, same windows, same light — for the price of a coffee instead of a $500 photoshoot.

How virtual staging works
Upload the empty room photo
The listing shot you already have. No re-shoot, no photographer, no furniture rental.
Say who the listing is for
Optional: "young family", "executive rental", "light Scandinavian". Skip it and the AI stages to a broad, market-safe look.
Download it in about 60 seconds
Structure stays untouched — walls, windows and the floor plan come straight from your photo, so the staging stays honest to the property.
A staging shoot vs. virtual staging
$500 to $2,000 per property for rented furniture, a stylist and a photographer.
Days of scheduling before the listing can go live.
Want a second look? Re-rent, re-style and re-shoot the whole room.
From $0.39 per staged image, and the first one is free.
About 60 seconds, from the phone in your car outside the property.
Run the same photo again in another direction and compare the two side by side.
Virtual staging FAQ
How much does virtual staging cost?
Your first render is free, with no account. After that, plans start at $19.50 per month — roughly $0.39 per staged photo, against $500 or more for a traditional staging shoot.
Do the staged photos stay true to the property?
Yes. Spacevo holds the room's structure: walls, windows, doors and proportions come straight from your photo. Only furniture and styling are added.
Do I have to disclose that a photo is virtually staged?
Most MLS boards and local rules require staged photos to be labelled as virtually staged. Check your board's policy and label the image — the render is a marketing visual, not a statement about furniture included in the sale.
Can I stage an occupied or cluttered room?
Empty rooms give the cleanest results. For a furnished room, open the full studio, clear the clutter first, then stage the cleared photo.
