Refund Policy

Spacevo sells digital goods (subscription credits and credit packs) that are delivered and usable immediately after payment. Because of this, all purchases are final. Please use the free tier to evaluate Spacevo before buying.

All sales are final

Subscriptions and credit packs are digital products delivered instantly to your account. Once a purchase completes, the credits are available for use and the sale is final: we do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, unused credits, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with generated results. AI-generated output varies by input photo and instructions; the free tier exists so you can validate the quality on your own rooms before paying.

Immediate delivery and your withdrawal right (EU/UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off period for online purchases: at checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal. This consent is collected as a required checkbox before payment.

Try before you buy

The free tier lets you generate designs from your own room photos without paying. We encourage every customer to test Spacevo with the free allowance first — it is the intended way to evaluate whether the product fits your needs.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access and your remaining credits until then. Past or current billing periods are not refunded, in whole or in part.

Discretionary exceptions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to issue a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances (for example, a duplicate charge or a verified billing error). A discretionary refund in one case does not create an obligation to refund in any other case. When a refund is issued, the credits granted by that purchase are revoked and the order is closed.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at /contact — most billing issues can be resolved quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may lead to suspension of the associated account while the dispute is investigated.
