Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Spacevo. By using Spacevo, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Spacevo provides AI-assisted interior design image generation for visual exploration. Outputs are not architectural, engineering, safety, procurement, or construction advice.

Accounts and credits

You are responsible for your account and activity. Credits may be required for HD or no-watermark renders. Anonymous previews may have watermarks, anti-abuse checks, and daily limits.

User content

You must have rights to upload images and prompts. You grant Spacevo the rights needed to process your inputs, generate outputs, provide support, and improve service reliability.

Output ownership and license

Between Spacevo and you, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the outputs generated from your inputs. Outputs made while you have an active paid subscription or valid paid-output access from a remaining purchased credit-pack balance may be used commercially. Free, bonus, and referral-credit previews are watermarked and for personal, non-commercial use only. You represent that you own or have the rights needed for your inputs and are responsible for lawful downstream use. AI outputs may not be unique.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse rate limits, bypass security checks, upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or use Spacevo to create deceptive or harmful content. Generating NSFW, nude, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive imagery is strictly prohibited, as is content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence, self-harm or illegal activity, or depicts real identifiable persons without their consent (including face swaps or deepfakes). All prompts are automatically screened by a content moderation system before generation; violating prompts are rejected, and repeated violations may lead to account suspension without refund.

Third-party AI models

Spacevo is an independent product that integrates third-party AI models to power image and video generation. Spacevo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the providers of these models. Model names referenced inside the product are trademarks of their respective owners and indicate an integration relationship only.

Payments, delivery and no-refund policy

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our configured payment providers. Credits are digital goods delivered immediately after payment; by completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and — where a statutory cooling-off period would otherwise apply (e.g. EU/UK consumers) — you acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. All sales are final and purchases are non-refundable, except where we choose to issue a refund at our sole discretion or where a refund is required by applicable law. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime and stop renewing at the end of the current period. See the full Refund Policy at /refund.

Limitation of liability

Spacevo is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages, design decisions, construction outcomes, or third-party provider interruptions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Spacevo agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
