We may collect account information, uploaded room images, generated outputs, prompts, payment records, device identifiers, IP-derived security signals, UTM attribution, feedback, and support messages.
How we use information
We use information to provide room redesigns, maintain accounts and credits, process payments, prevent abuse, improve service reliability, provide support, measure acquisition channels, and comply with legal obligations.
AI processing
Uploaded images and prompts may be sent to AI infrastructure providers solely to generate requested outputs and improve service reliability. Do not upload images containing sensitive personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies for authentication and security, and optional analytics or customer-service tools when configured. UTM cookies record the first acquisition source for attribution.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, billing, and generation records only as long as needed for the service, compliance, security, and legitimate business purposes. You can request deletion at hello@spacevo.io.
