Outputs made with an active paid subscription or a valid remaining purchased credit-pack balance can be used in listings, client presentations, social posts, and other commercial material. Free, bonus, and referral-credit previews are watermarked and personal-use only. You must have the rights to the photo you uploaded; where law, platform policy, or client expectations require it, disclose that the image is AI-generated.
